THE BEST WAY OF STAYING OUT OF H1N1 TROUBLE
THE BEST WAY OF STAYING OUT OF H1N1 TROUBLE, by not wearing mask???
ps, taken from email.. ^^
RECENTLY, I saw photos in newspapers showing people wearing “surgical masks” at shopping malls, schools, mamak stalls and other public areas. I have even noticed people wearing them out in the open with no one around.
Because of this, I would like to explain why the mask may do more harm than good.
The H1N1 virus is not airborne. To be considered an airborne virus, the microorganism would have to survive or remain in the air for long periods of time. The H1N1 virus does not stay airborne.
I have noticed many people wearing masks in crowded places. However, places like airports, shopping malls and schools are full of germs and bacteria. If a small amount of bacteria gets into a hole in the mask, you will provide a breeding ground for the bacteria, which may lead to an illness or infection. The moisture you produce in your mask is perfect for bacteria and viruses, and may be a recipe for disaster.
The way to prevent exposure to H1N1 virus is to avoid physical contact with people who may be sick or infected. Also avoid commonly touched surfaces like escalator railings, poles and public toilet doorknobs.
The H1N1 virus usually spreads when someone touches surfaces with the bacteria and then touches his own nose, eyes or mouth.
Washing your hands frequently is the best defense against exposure.
And yes, the virus may travel from point A to point B in the air. But it will drop, not stay airborne.
Wearing a mask is only good at helping you not to spread your illness to others if you are infected.

Chicky Facts
Fact #1: They are cute, cuddly (not very accurate… Hmmm) and nice to see (back to cute again! ^^)
Fact #2: They sometimes do stink, better change their litter box frequently…
Fact #3: They wake you up in the morning and ensure that you keep awake the rest of the day…
Fact #4: They are eat-everything-vore. ( mixture of carnivore and herbivore)
Fact #5: They sand bath to clean themselves and rid themselves of bacteria and harmful microorganism.
Here are some more information about sand bathing (taken today to date, so cute!!!! XD)
Just look at them, aren't they just angels? XD See the 鸡婆母鸡 so kacau... Then the 公鸡 was labelled as 白马王子 because of it's colour. ^^

Me and My Superwoman
Tale as old as time…. It was a bad sign for boys to find a gal whose daily planner was thicker and more packed then theirs. I kindda agree, but… sadly, I’m that busy type of gal. Nowadays, we talk about equity among sexes and fairness… (blah blah blah) Gals were required to multitask like men, some even did it better than those big muscular chunks. Then the time comes when gals are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay busier then the menfolk. So it was that typical drama scene: men reach home earlier than woman, cooked their dinners and it was the woman’s turn to shout “Honey, I’m home!! Why did this so-call-busy lady write so much of a bull? I’m getting to it… Actually, this was kind of an explanation-apology stuff. It happened to me so many times I can’t keep count. I find things hard sometimes, to do so many and yet not neglecting the ones closest to you. To finish that horrendously long job list, task 1. To entertain and smile all the way till your cheekbones crack, task 2. To be sensible, AT ALL TIMES, task 3. To care for the ones most important to you, it’s not a task, but I would like to mention it also as I will do it most willingly if I was given the time. But my ‘dear’ math homework and my bio ‘boyfriend’ wouldn’t let me go. TT When we come to this stage, we start to rehearse Shakespeare’s poems and so on… To be or not to be… Tomorrow tomorrow and tomorrow… HeHe. But ladies, a little piece of advice, let yourself go once in a while, relax, have fun. I am sure, things will be just fine… It always will be.

yeahs and boos during this hooooliday...
yo! 那边的同学请报到! 来,听不到你的声音! 大声点! huuuu~ walao eh~ 受够了啦! 4 days camp, finally over... 代价? my voice. no more singing with the birds or challenging Miss Susan Boyle to a duet, plain sexy and hoarse voice that might bring any building down... XDXD If you'd ask me how was my camp? Mostly a waste of time. But what the heck, it's over. ^^
sooooo, after i read the news yesterday (mind you, el nino is here, hot hot hot~), i've started my second project. Teacher's day speech... woooooooo~~~ absolutely nothing came into mymind, as if my mind was in a state of coma... what to write for teacher's appreciation? how should it go if i wanted to attract the student's attention without letting them drool all over the field in their sleep... pressure's on... sigh...
help, anyone?
ps, the internet lines nowadays are so slow... maybe i should write in to complain about this too... == so many things to do, so little time... XDXD

可怜我吧,不可怜我吧...
It was the third week of my schooling days, and the days passed fast. It was again, caring week spree. While the tension was growing, I was starting to feel the pressure, like a dreaded knife plunging into my soul… TT But, 1 of the good thing is, because of this, I got to drive to school! Yeah!!! My first time drive o!! XD Really happy… ^^ <---This, is the only thing I am excited for this week. (Must highlight.. XD) Very sad…
Then, it came… Here we go again, running up and down, busy busy busy… Gosh, I am not superwoman, I am tired too... TT Not the old life again… I really wanted to make a difference this year, I want to get good grades, get good results, and really fight for what I want (which by the way, I don’t really know… XD) I am scared, I am scared I can’t stand long enough to survive, then I’ll break down… Haiz… What to do… I am already in form6… From what I had gathered years after years… I can honestly say I gain nothing. My GCE marks are not high enough, my efforts, wasted. Haiz.
Today, teachers are wishing us happy holidays. I was grumbling, my holidays ain’t that beautiful by sight. Caring week schedules are on, so our progresses are to be continued, and then that’s this leadership camp in Perak which I will be attending at the 5th-7th of June. Think you can handle it? Why not add a prefect camp right after the leadership camp? Then i was selected by the english teacher for appreciation speech for Teacher's Day... Whoa… Brain pain… I honestly do not know how my fellow mates do it, but I am truly impressed… Haiz. Maybe I am just not good enough? I know I shouldn’t be thinking so negatively. But after Mr. Tan, our math teacher “kindly” reminded us that we should be punctual or else not to be in his class at all, I was really sad. I know I am wrong, it’s just that… Haiz. 正如赔了夫人又折兵,须走须爬还须停,一波没复一波又起,钓饵栏杆也不行。试问世人,完美境界是如何达成?还是完全是美丽的谎言?
Hmm, just to let out my feelings inside. Except my annoying headache, I felt better. Huu… Really must prepare myself for the worst. And this concludes my form 6 life… ZZzZzZzzZZZzzZZ

~There’s always help when you needed it, just open your eyes and see. For me, I see you…~

Mommy's Korean Drama-Mr Goodbye....

I seldom saw my mom so obsessed in something (moreover over some tv drama)… But yet, things do change in time…
My mom was the type of person where she declares that her ‘quota’ for tv watching had already finished a long time ago. How so? She was the typical tv fan way back in her younger days. Morning came and the tv sound came with it too. ^^ Then after school the tv watching continues with more company from siblings, then at night too, after dinner and homework. I would refer this as tv addict but she said that was her way of life during the boring days.
It was until my mom worked and until my arrival she had stopped her tv watching days. We were quite often troubled when we were watching the blockbuster of the year and she managed to not even steal a look towards the tv. It was her magical ability and immunity toward the lust of television programs that we decided to ask her the million dollar question, why not watch tv? Hence, her ‘quota’ concept. She mentioned that she believes a person would only have a specific amount of tv programs to watch in a life time, hers had already ended. XD So, we all had our answers…
The world started changing (again) when where my mom usually read the newspapers or teaching my primary schooled brother had turned her head towards the tv. We were all very shocked. Korean drama!!! What’s to be expected? XD Mr.Goodbye, the Korean drama from astro KBS world. She was like any typical teen, watching hours and hours of tv just to 追连戏剧, 追结局… XD Surprise Surprise… She even missed the news telecast to watch the ending of the 16-episode drama. It was times like this that I started to see my mother’s charming personality, being a child again, those silly things she did sometimes… It’s funny and amusing seeing her chatting so enthusiastically about the movie. ^^ I do love my mom a lot… ^^
